Sure he didn't fill out the traffic stop report, but I bet he wasn't the first and I bet the rest weren't suspended for forgetting to do one.
Oh, and since the SHP said he should have cited Tessener, when are they going to give him his citation for 13mph over the limit?
And is the Governor going to give an interview where she says she has a 0% tolerence for blowhard lawyers wasting tax payers' money?
