This is a step backwards for the animals and is ensuring many more will die. David Stanley is the new head of the Enviromental Health Department which oversees the animal shelter. Call/ email the office in Bolivia letting them know there are alternatives (closing during the week etc.) that would be less harmful to the animals. Please take action for the animals that cannot speak for themselves! Below is the number for the enviromental health office in Bolivia.
