I'm sorry to inform you Guest 13 but nothing's free, it cost the taxpayers of Brunswick County something, if they don't mind paying it that's fine and if I lived in Brunswick I would have no problem with it either but I was just curious to know how much did it cost the taxpayers of the county....you might think it was free or someone might have you believing it was free but IT WASN'T FREE!!
