First and foremost, my deepest condolences to all of Mr. Flowers' family and friends. While I cannot even begin to imagine what these people are going through, I can do all that I know, and that is to offer hope and support. I want to apologize for the inappropriate and rather lewd comments some have decided to make. I do not believe that it is the purpose of this blog to blame Al'Quon for his own disappearance or mistakes. This is a young man who decided to make his own decisions. With that being said, who are we to judge one missing child? Who are we to rant and rave about the "shortcomings of a race"? If anyone claims to be so rich or so educated or so white, then they must never have learned the golden rule, "if you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say it at all." (And certainly don't help yourself to making comments on a very public page, a place where mourning children are reading).
Please, don't respond to these awful comments, because it is certainly what the author wants. Just know that what goes around, comes around.
I genuinely hope for the safe return, or any peaceful news, that will bring all who knew him, comfort.
