Both NHC and Pender County sheriffs depts have found no evidence to this claim what happens to the student that made the FALSE claim ? Something has to be done other wise everytime a student gets mad at their teacher they can file false claim and walk away with no punishment. I wouldn't want a teachers job at this day or time for nothing.

This student has to be heeld accountable for their actions, it could have ruined a persons life.
