Heres hoping Trinity Grove will help improve the payscales in the area for help. You have the Silver Stream and what used to be Mariner which have good pay but major management issues, You have only the other corporate wonder Britthaven which also has issues (and recently lost one of their facilites when they lost the license). Then there is Liberty Commons on Racine which is hit or miss, by far the worst payscale in the area (ironic the same company pays $2 more an hour in Whiteville then they do in a major area like Wilmington makes zero sense to me), Of course TG will have to deal with Autumn Care which is there closest competetor geographically speaking but they cant seem to keep help anymore then SS and its sister site which scream management issues with massive turnover (Check out their ads online they are always looking for help for LPNs and CNAs).
Maybe it will improve the pay rates and prove to be a positive
