If you need an "app" to tell you what district you live in vs the county you reside in...there is a problem. The old map & the current one make no sense what so ever. I think the whole thing stinks like corruption from all sides. It needs to be based on counties not based on these crazy lines. Looks as if someone played connect the dots and paint by numbers after a bottle of Jack Daniels.
