Is Pender County needing a refresher course on conducting Investigations? You got two well known people in the public school system who gain nothing in these accusations witnessing these acts and a student who refuse to take a lie detector test and yet no prosecution..umm..why not do a lie detector test on Lamberty as well??
So two witnesses & a refusal to take a lie test is not evidence?
