How would you suggest a district attorney prosecute this case? The supposed teenage "victims" say nothing happened, which matches the story of the alleged criminal. Hard to prove a crime when the victim says no crime ocurred. You can't prosecute someone because the "victim" won't submit to a polygraph? I guess innocent until proven guilty means nothing to you.
