Absolutely! The speed limit downtown is 35. Anybody driving that slow would be rear-ended.
It is an experience in terror, trying to cross Third street at about 8AM. I am down there every morning and see little evidience of police. I realise that they are covered up with gang shootings, muggings and the homeless that Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce sends up to us. We should send them back.
