Hey! You can hire a couple of city workers to visit the public housing grills weekly and clean them. Pretty soon Wilmington can have $250k in every annual budget for grill maintenance. You may have to hire another few people to claen out those dog waste sanitation stations (like they're going to be used) and clean the picnic tables (that you better make out of steel and concrete).
