Are you freaking kidding me?? They are cutting budgets to a Pre-K program, but you can approve $66,000 for grills and pinic tables for the housing projects? If your living in a housing project why do you need animal sanitation? You apprently cant afford regular housing why do you need an animal? Iam pretty sure the house came with a stove, thats just as good, You keep giving these people incentives not to work, hell why should they the govt and state just keep giving handouts on the taxpayers bill. I think I may need to just quit my job and go on govt help seems the way to go now a days
