If that is what is going to happen, they should be able to put one in everyone, in Wilmington's backyard also.. Maybe they can send someone over to use them, cook for them, hell even bring the food, for us so we don't have to get off our butts to have to do that either... WHA has turned itself into a real joke, Better save that $66,000.00 and put it to use rebuilding/refurbishing, all the new buildings that have just been put up in Wilmington for the low income people that will destroy them again.. But hey, the governments broke, and you wonder why? They can use the tables to smoke crack off of! Better bolt them down!
