WOW that is nonsense. I feel that he should have been taught to look both ways before crossing a busy street. Did he think his bike was going to out beat the car. I understand his family is hurt but but the only crime erica commited was hit and run. People get hit everyday. People need to be more careful and learn how powerful a car is. She should go to jail for hit and run. It is both sides fault. If they switched places the whole case would have been dismissed already.
