The obese are already starting to pay higher premiums if they are in an HSA and fail to meet their goals. However, I still haven't seen any accountability for those who drink alcohol and smoke, at least not in the company I work for. It's a shame. They should have to pay higher premiums also, since the obese are required to do so.
