I am a registered independent and have been a bit sensitive to the Dems because i think the president has not been given sufficient time to turn things around. After all we expect instant rewards or an undoing in 3 years what the privious president did in 8 years. However, after this fiasco and the lack of concern about those who would suffer most, the Dems have my vote next time around...
