I was simply responding to a Democrat who still wants to blame only Bush. I just posted to WilmMAJ, and that will reflect my attitude toward Republicans.....which they proved several times in this debt ceiling nonsense.
I agree with almost everything you posted, save the part about lobbying. You can't erase the First Amendment.
