The SBI obviously either didn't investigate this properly and since Rex Gore was DA we can only imagine what was going on at the time anyway. Although it's ironic had the deputies been any good at firearms usage this poor guy would have been murdered by the deputies and they would have gotten away with it clearly. Sadly it's too bad DA David couldn't have avoided this mess and now he'll have to further deal with this mess with the pending federal lawsuit possibly. If this gentleman is smart he'll have included thar crooked Rex Gore in the lawsuit but somehow I'm sure Gore is gonna slide on this too.
