One thing that comes to mind is Savanah Georgia.
Stand on river street and look east at the ports framed by the big new bridge they have built.
Then stand dowtwon on Water street here in Wilmington and look South to the ports...Nice piece of metal with tarps hanging from it hugh?

I say bring Titan, build and open a bigger Port, build new bridges. It's infrastructure people.
