Jobs can be created by companies who don't rape the environment. Those jobs are much safer bets for the environment, and they pay taxes too.

I wouldn't know how to begin to "change the laws", but I (and others) can certainly go to public meetings, apply pressure, and make our voices heard. You can bet I'll be there!
