I also bought two tickets for the VIP experience for this concert. Haven't received refund yet. I did call and was told of the problems they had sorting out the "mess". I was also told they would appreciciate being patient while they do the refunds....they mentioned that once they do get them out, a $50 gift certificate might be sent too.
I guess we'll see...unitl then my $130.00 will sit in limbo.
