I think Brett should go for it! I lived in Reno for almost 7 years! He will have way more opportunities there than he EVER will in North Carolina! There are much better services for people with special needs and honestly, people will treat him much better there than they will here. I worked in case management there for adults with disabilities and know that the options are better and that their opportunities are much better than anything offered to individuals here! Way to go Brett! GO FOR IT!
