One, I am Southern born and bred, so what does a deputy screwing up and leaving a car in gear and hitting a house got to do with whether you are a rebel or a yankee. It was gross negligence that caused this stupid accident and the officer should be ticketed as such. If I was to forget to put my car in park, I would be charged. It wouldn't matter if I claim it was an accident. Just because somebodyis an officer of the courts and law, they should be treated like anybody else
