Get real ... Just because some people want to keep some parts of our great country pristine doesn't make them bad people ... Some of them, by the way probably served in the military ... Hey, using your logic, let's plant a flag on all of the islands in the Cape Fear River, and then perhaps every 100 yards apart on all of our beaches ...Then we'll all be even more American ... or at least American enough for your standards ... There's pleanty of places to display our patriotism ... Not so many places we can still try to keep pristine ... How about a little balance here
