Seriouly??? A law suit??? You can drown in 2 feet of water in your bath tub. Every neighborhood that I have lived in has retention ponds, without ponds we would end up with flooding ( hince South College Road and Wrightsvill Avenue intersection). If someone wants to be that silly then Why don't we sue the people who designed the roads in Wilmington? Living near a retention pond is much safer than driving in Wilmington.
