me guess...both YOU and the poster above you voted for Obama...just a wild guess! NO..fences are around pools because of ambulance chasing lawyers who sue because they can. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY...if you wander into ANY body of water and drown...ITS YOUR FAULT! If your child wanders into a body of water...ITS THEIR FAULT as well as YOURS....PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY...not everything that happens in life is SOMEONE ELSES fault! These people could have just as easily fallen into a creek and drowned...I guess you'd say they should sue the state for that!?
