Let er fly!! Jeez people, if somebody wants to put up a flag to support the men and woman of the red, white, and blue, let em' do it. I don't care if it is in a highway medium, a planter, or the middle of a national park. Let the flags fly and screw these stupid rules.

As for as I'm concerned, an unjustified law is no law at all.
