This is ridiculous. The court system is failing the citizens of Tabor City and Columbus County. They are letting this idiot to force law enforcement to chase him around the county instead of helping out citizens who mean a damn. He is a flight risk. Put his a%* in jail in lieu of bail. He obviously has a knack of making friendships with older men. He is laughing at the court system and making a mockery of it. I want to know who keeps putting up the bond? That is the question!!!!!
