Unless a serious crime, bond amount is not dependant on what your charges are.

For minor charges, such as these, the bond is derived from your criminal history and your flight risk on showing up for court.

It's apparent that if he's out on bond he's going to continue to commit crimes, therefore he should be under this type of bond.

And if the courts keep it that high and he doesn't get out, when he finally goes to court for all of his charges, he'll get out with credit for time served.
