I would gather it into a pile if I could, but I can't even walk from my bedroom to my kitchen without oxygen. I live on a fixed income and can't afford to pay someone to haul it away. What are the sick and elderly supposed to do? Just the smoke from all the fires could put me into respiratory arrest.

I helped pay for Katrina to get cleaned up. Why can't I get some help when I need it?
