I feel lucky to live within the City of Wilmington.

I would suggest that county residents load up their debris and take it to the County Administration offices on Government Center drive and deposit it in Mr. Shell's parking space.

This lack of critical thinking on the part of the county government mirrors the poor oversight we have seen exercised in its oversight of the ABC, CFPUA, etc, etc.

Sadly, in New Hanover County the patients are running the asylum!
