I have no children. I do, however, have a yard full of storm debris. I can't clean it up myself because I'm disabled. First things first.
You probably don't own a home, but you have kids and want help with paying for childcare. Instead of waiting for New Hanover County to subsidize your childcare, get out and get a second job and support your own kids. Why should I have to pay taxes for YOUR childcare? Doesn't feel too good, now does it?
