So if I am understanding everyone here, the yard debris that we brought to the edge of our property on Sunday, that we worked 9 hours hauling won't be picked up if it is on my property? But if I put it on the street, off of my property then the county would have no choice but to come by and pick it up since it is blocking the roadway? Sounds like a plan to me. I will be going home this evening and working through the night to get the debris in the middle of the road.
