I'm embarrased for Wilmington to have this guy as an elected official. However I do get a little 3 second chuckle from all his antics but then I get embarrased for Wilmington again. He needs a good "WHOOO!!" Dusty Rhodes drop kick to the chest and I think we'd all be better off. Thanks.
