I want tv 3 to find out if the county has a contract with Diversified Biomass. If so, how can he legally own a company and have a contract with the county. Most government agencies use low bids. If Diversified is contracted with the county then, Jason saw the other bids and put his bid in to be equal to theirs. Please check on this.
