New Hanover County Commissioner Brian Berger attended the board's agenda review meeting Thursday, days after he was taken to the hospital for attempted suicide.
Berger arrived on time and asked several questions as the commissioners reviewed the agenda during the half-hour meeting. Afterward, a local TV station attempted to interview him and followed Berger back to his office before he slammed the door.---------------------------------
Brian was on time? That's what the paper says, yet you say he was late? Hmmm.
