Do you REALLY think that staying on the boc is in Brian Berger's best interest? His actions clearly indicate that he is a deeply troubled man. For God's sake, the guy took pix of his bloody wrists and texted them to his ex girlfriend. Regardless of his party affiliations in my opinion he needs some space, some serious counseling and perhaps so prescription therapy.

His resignation would be best for himself, and the people he took an oath to serve.
