He moved (rather quickly) to another town not too far from Wilmington. He's probably sweating it out, waiting for the police to show up at his door or new workplace at any time. The pressure may make him crack, who knows? But there's no danger (from this perp) to the neighborhood of the late Carol Ann Johnson. I repeat, the police need to compile the circumstantial evidence - or there can't be an arrest. If you want this guy convicted you must be patient. They know who did it - as anyone who has read the newspapers should, too.
