This is a man who is crying out for attention. He needs help and he needs it soon.
If the commision does not have mental help on their medical plan, then the commissioners should chip in and pay for his help.
They are the reason, after all, that we put an unknown in office. I do not even remember if I voted for him or not. I do have a history of voting out the same tired old rascals.
I myself am poor, but would donate $1.00 to help this man.
