Can anyone tell me where it says he refused a breath test? Hmmm I must have missed that part. And for whoever brought up why should he get away when 84 other people got arrested? Where are the other 84 people's pictures and stories? And when people hear "drunk driver", they automatically assume someone is fall down drunk, remember .08 is the legal limit...that is not much more than a few beers.... Keep your judgements to yourselves until you are perfect!!! I'm not condoning drinking and driving, but we are all human and all have made mistakes. Leave the poor man alone...
