Why is the City contracting with a company out of Florida? I'm sure there are local businesses that can remove vegatative debris with no problem. Since the economy is not exactly rolling along it seems to only make sense that the city leaders would want to keep money local instead of sending it to Florida.
(I'm not a Wilmington resident, just a curious local.)
