I was confused reading that post at first too... but I think maybe the poster is saying that in the last election, he/she voted for County Commissioner candidate(s) other than Berger and Catlin (like Causey for example)? And that in 2012 he/she won't be voting for any of the three who might run for re-election (Jason, Jonathan, and Ted)?
