You forgot to add stalking (120 text messages in less than 2 hours to his ex-girlfriend), an hour and a half standoff with police, lying about the police, and cutting up his arms with a razor.
Last time I checked it's illegal to stalk someone and attempt suicide.
He's ineffective, has lost his credibility, and needs to go.
