This is my personal opinion. If the Mayor and the Town Manager are so out of touch with there community then why are they in office? Why don't we get people in there that actually care about the community and making it better a place for all? The Mayor says "voted for him to set policy and not worry about personnel issues or the town's credibility." Any time a town votes for a official, it is to represent them and to represent the community and to make change, to make a difference. It is obvious these two men care nothing about the community, and we need a new mayor and a new town manager that want to make a difference, not just abuse there position in order to make themselves look and feel important.
