Do you really think Sherry Lewis got what she wanted? This woman wanted to work! Do you think $18,000 is worth this? Do you think she wanted to get shot in the crotch with hopes of getting half her salary in one lump sum. Come on!
She settled because once again, the town took advantage of the situation. The town's attorneys did a better job than Sherry's attorney.
You really should not be so quick to judge. Sherry Lewis' life will be forever changed because of this. Please spend your energy on solving the problem, rather than perpetuating it!
