I find it very hard to believe that a veteran female officer, with many years experience working with male officers and dealing with all sorts of characters in her line of work, would need psychiatric help to deal with something as minor as this. I can see where she might get ticked and maybe even file a complaint, but not this. Surely in her tenure as an officer, she has been through many encounters with her co-workers which could be considered sexual harassment/assault.
