This guy is a joke. Officers like him make it very difficult to do your job in law enforcement. I have been shot by the same type of training rounds/simunition as the female officer. I got hit in the back. It left a welp, then a bruise about the size of a pie plate. It hurt like hell. What is up with him driving a town owned vehicle not only out of the town, county, and state but bringing it to a party. Any alcohol consumed there? What were his credentials to get this job in the first place? Wherever there is smoke there is fire. What type of background information was conducted during the interview process. This cannot be the first time he has done something like this before. Things that make you go hummmmmm!!!
