Why did this child have nail clippers in the first place at or going to school? Depending on the nail clippers make, they could be considered a weapon. Surely this child's nails do not grow so fast that he needs to trim them throughout the day. I can picture him now, kicked back clipping his nails and listening to the teacher. We are at school to teach, not baby sit and watch kids clip their nails and put on makeup.
