Understand-Training and Standards are NOT cops. They are the civilian agency that grants every single law enforcement certification in NC. They DO NOT play around. Officers have their certs suspended for years over falsifying training documentation. This is just what they do-investigate shady cops. And they don't need a criminal conviction to take someone's badge.
