First of all, "charge everyone living in the house"...
That is insane. How are you going to charge people not involved just because they lived in the house?
If I am at work and my wife decides to bring our dobermans in the house and they eat our kids, am I supposed to be held accoutable for her decision. You all come up with some of the most ignorant opinions I have ever heard.
Leave the d@mn people alone and let the system do its job. You cry punish this one and then cry set this one free. Make up your mind what you want.
